Delivery Information

Delivery rates and times:
  • We will dispatch your order within 1 working day. For orders placed on Sundays, orders will be dispatched on Monday unless it falls on a Bank Holiday, in which case dispatch will be on a Tuesday.  This excludes Christmas and Easter Holidays.

What if I'm out?

LOCAL DELIVERIES:

  • If you live in a WR postcode and think you may be out when we are due to deliver, then you can ask us to leave your order in a safe place.  Please email orders@goodlittlefind.co.uk and let us know where we can safely leave your package. We can leave your order in a safe place in a bin liner to keep your order dry if necessary. 
  • The safe place option is a service which offers flexibility, but is entirely at your own risk. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage which occurs once the order has been delivered.
  • We take photograph images and keep a record of all deliveries which are kept in a safe place.
  • We will not leave your order with a neighbour unless you have expressly given us consent in writing. Please email orders@goodlittlefind.co.uk and nominate your neighbour.
  • For the nominated neighbour service, we will require written consent each time you order.
  • If there is no safe place and we have not received consent to leave your order with a neighbour, we will make one further attempt to deliver. Should this be unsuccessful, we will arrange a full refund where you have paid in advance. We will charge £1.95 for each unsuccessful delivery attempt at our discretion to cover the costs incurred.

UK (NON-WORCESTER) DELIVERIES:

We use a carrier for U.K. deliveries outside the Worcester (WR postcode) area.

If you are out, the carrier will try to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a safe place.

Should delivery be unsuccessful and the courier returns the order to us, we will refund your order amount, but deduct the postage cost. There will also be a re-stocking fee of 10% of the order value.

Special offers:

When we advertise an offer, we will specify any qualifying conditions on our website and/or through other advertising mediums platforms such as social media.  E.g. minimum spends. To qualify for the offer, you must meet these conditions.
